Data used for inquiries
When website submission is enabled, the server stores the name, organization, reply email, destination, selected catalog entries and additional requirements that you submit. This is used to handle your request, not to create an order. The form requires your agreement before submission.
Storage and retention
The configured diagnostic retention period is 30 days. Routine cleanup removes expired diagnostic events; active inquiries are kept for follow-up. Inquiry deletion requires an authorized operator under the reviewed business retention policy. Optional closed-inquiry cleanup applies only to won or lost records whose last business update is older than 30 days. Audit records, original documents and backups require a separately reviewed retention and deletion process. Copies in separately used email or customer-management systems follow those systems’ policies.
Browser storage and security
The quote list stores catalog numbers, quantities and an expiry timestamp on your browser for up to 30 days. If browser-local storage is unavailable, the current list uses this tab’s session storage when possible and does not synchronize with other tabs; closing the tab may discard it. If neither storage option works, the list remains on the current page only. A notice offers a download backup in both cases. Catalog search filters and the last catalog scroll position are stored in sessionStorage for return navigation; records older than four hours are ignored. Recently viewed history is off by default. After you enable it, up to six catalog numbers are kept in this tab session; you can pause or clear them. Choosing Save this list stores a separate snapshot of catalog numbers and quantities on this browser until you delete it or clear browser storage. Restoring the snapshot requires your confirmation. Contact form fields are not saved in browser storage. You can remove quote items or clear browser storage. A short-lived security cookie is used to protect form submissions. The first page you open follows your browser’s language setting; if you choose a language in the language menu, that choice is kept in a cookie (nvb_locale) for up to a year so the site does not switch it back. Umami analytics and first-party source measurement are optional. Separately, OpenAI ad measurement uses automatic matching: after you consent, its SDK may read supported contact fields and send hashed email, phone and name values, plus available location and browser data, for ad attribution. It reports page views and when you open WhatsApp, Telegram or email here or send an inquiry; message content is not sent. This permission is optional; enquiries work without it. Existing analytics and ad preferences are retained; Essential only withdraws future optional collection. OpenAI ad measurement is a separate explicit choice and is not proof of a saved inquiry or sale.
Optional measurement
Optional first-party measurement is available only after you choose Allow measurement. When enabled and allowed, the site records known page paths, catalog identifiers, selected quantities and interaction names with a random session ID. Campaign identifiers and the first and most recent campaign visit may be kept on this browser for up to 30 days and attached to a submitted inquiry. Full referrer URLs, arbitrary URL parameters, names, email addresses and message bodies are not included in diagnostic events. Your measurement choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Comparison selections and table/card preferences last for the browser session. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track disables this optional collection. Use Optional measurement in the footer to withdraw consent; this clears browser attribution and stops future collection, but does not retroactively erase earlier server records. Diagnostic events follow the configured 30-day cleanup period. Attribution attached to an inquiry follows that inquiry’s retention and the access/deletion process below. Campaign attribution is client-supplied and does not prove an ad-platform conversion. Product selections can reveal interests; do not place personal, medical or patient information in campaign names or links.
External contact and notifications
WhatsApp, Telegram and email links open external applications. Opening a draft does not send a message. When a website inquiry is saved and the operator has configured a notification destination, the notification sends only the inquiry reference and its timestamp, not the customer’s contact details or message. Operators retrieve inquiry details from their protected server environment.
