Read the report field by field
Open the original report before interpreting its results. This worked example is BPC 157 10 mg report BC10-20260908S6179 from our report library, issued by TJQXGD. First open the issuer’s own online record for this number (Verify online on the report page, or the link at the end of this guide) and check that it shows the same sample, lot and results as the file. Then compare each source record below with the original, using the check and limit columns to keep your review within what the document supports. This guide is a reading aid; it cannot replace the source document or provide a certificate for another sample.

Separate identity, purity and quantity
Identity concerns whether the material matches the named chemical entity. On this report the mass spectrum addresses identity, while the chromatographic purity and the peptide weight address other measurements. Read each result with its method, specification and units; a percentage alone does not establish chemical identity or the connection to the lot you receive.
The peptide weight of 11.39 mg must stay separate from the sample’s 10 mg label. The report prints no specification for weight, so do not interpret the difference as a pass or failure. Read the purity result of 99.87% against the report’s own specification of ≥ 99.0%, and ask about the calculation basis if it is unclear.
